We are looking for a Lead Design Strategist who can initiate a product brief and lead digital solutions for a diverse set of enterprises across domains. We are looking for someone with a strong portfolio showing a diverse range of work with focus in digital experiences across platforms.

Desired skills

Sharp strategic thinking and persuasive communication skills especially in formal presentations
A holistic cross platform approach to any assignment
4-5 years of leading & managing interdisciplinary creative teams
Good design skills to sketch app maps and rough wireframes so as to guide the design team
Sound technical knowledge
Needs to have a pulse of current trends in the world of digital experiences and consumer technologies

Responsibilities

To envision best in class digital solutions by partnering with the client to build cross platform (mobile/web) strategies
Ability to ideate with a team and conceptualise solutions, using strategic tools and research methodologies to deliver the end outcome (e.g - qualitative user interviews, persona building, plotting user journeys, feature mapping)
Structure and conduct discovery workshops with client stakeholders and strategically implement findings in the end product
Explore new methodologies and tools for productivity and collaboration
Ability to convert ideas & thoughts into content and brilliant visual presentations in Keynotes or PowerPoint
Work with client servicing and creative leads to develop, maintain and grow multiple client relationships
Partner with business development to pitch and win new client relationships
