Customer Executive Sales Job in Rjcorp
Responsible for managing the Distributors and would be handling the front-line sales team. He will be directly responsible for Volume and Sales Growth in the assigned territory and will coach and train the Pre-Sales Representatives.accountable for Primary & Secondary Sales. Retail sales, New retail outlet addition to increase sales. Distributor Handling and the issues with regards to their claim. Management of the Secondary Sales Force in terms of Training, performance evaluation, coordination and communication between retailer and the distributor. Coordinating Brand Promotion Events. Developing dealer and distributor network. Widening the targeted Market. Preparing Sales Report. Vendor Management. Managing Inventory. Ensure maintenance of displays and equipment of Pepsi-Cola Company standards. Monitoring competitor's activity, tracking daily sales and monitoring the effectiveness of secondary schemes. Facilitate timely and quality feedback for all activities as per guidelines.

KRAs for the position of Customer Executive are
Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned to him/her.
Use field data for assigned market to identify brand/pack gaps in territory.
Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme.
Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his/her team.
Conducting regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs.
Carry out coaching, mentoring and hand holding for the team members and develop upon their required skill set.
Will be accountable for the assigned market (key accounts and outlets)
Ensure regular updating of sales MIS and update the reporting officer on daily basis.
Compiling and analyzing sales figure on regular basis.
Knowledge of working in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint.
Desired Candidate Profile
Young and Energetic Regular MBA Graduate with Age range of 23 to 30 years.
B.Tech + MBA Preferred.
Should be open for frequent travel and open for transfer to any location across EAST Region.
Location: Anywhere in WB & Odisha.(Kolkata/Malda/Asansol/Burdwan/Siliguri/South Bengal/Bhubaneswar/Rourkela/Talcher/Bhadrak/Berhampur/Bhawanipatna/ Jeypore/Nayagarh)
Work experience in FMCG / Foods / Beverage / Telecom / Consumer Durable/Liquor Industry.
