Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle all On boarded Partners, Associates/Partners
  • Sample closures for customers to handhold Leads Closures.
  • Provide after sales support to the vendors/Partners/distributors/corporate clients.
  • Quick Training for new Associates or refresh course to existing one
  • Outbound call and Inbound call (Service Call)
  • Calling all customers who have visited and not reverted back.
  • Other duties as advised by the leadership team.
  • Business Targets will be involved.

Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelors in any stream.
  • Good Writing Skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Good Knowledge of Computer
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Knowledge of other accounting softwares will be a plus
  • Functional Area: Telecalling, Backoffice,Marketing, Sales
