Job Summary

Location: Indiqube Garden, Koramangala, Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of JDs, Offer letters and Appointment Letters.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determining selection criteria.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
  • Leading the ATS system.
  • Facilitate thought leadership.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position s requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend Campus placements and recruitment events.
  • Be the happiness ambassador.
  • Help facilitate the new joinee Onboarding process and make them feel at home.

Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience

  • Analytical ability and interest in recent market trends.
  • Analytical ability and interest in recent Talent culture trends.
  • Worked in a fast paced start-up environment.
  • Must have handled a staff strength of at least 60 team members.
  • You have to be a Problem solver, quick learner and a good listener.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to engage managers and executives.
  • Solid understanding of different HR hiring and operations techniques(automation is the way to go).
  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and an aptitude for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Culture/Resource.

Experience: 3-4yrYears (In a fast-paced start-up)
