Overview

Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) plays a crucial role in understanding the client s business needs & challenges, articulate end-to-end solution across a broad range of legacy and modern technologies that meet the business needs, goals, and objectives. The role is well suited for those who have a passion for resolving issues with a demonstrated sense of accountability, a high degree of satisfaction, and enjoy working as part of a team. You should not restrict with one technology and should be a generalist in coming up with a solution.

Responsibilities

• Create a roadmap for the Client s Business for a Technology solution, Scope of Work, Business Requirements, and Business Solutions
• Coordinate among the external (Client/partners) and internal team (Pre-Sales, Business Analysts, Development, and Project Management) to ensure all the stakeholders understand the business application or product requirements, vision, objectives, and scope of work to ensure the business solution is correctly implemented Responsible for interacting with clients; doing the system & business requirements study, understanding their business & technology
• Understand customer pain areas into requirement followed by providing\developing a solution using UX, architecture, and design
• Understand product development methodologies, create a solution for product requirements
• Understand the client s expectations, perform a feasibility study, and to come up Business Architecture
• Understand the Organization s roadmaps for Technology and Business growth and help execute the plans
• Evaluate various products and recommend the most suitable product/component for the given business requirements
• Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose needed changes
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
• Inform various stakeholders about any challenges with the current technical solutions being implemented
• Work independently on assignments, and collaborate with stakeholders to exchange information and expand overall knowledge

Skills Required

• Business requirements analysis & documentation leveraging design & modeling tools: UML, Wireframe, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on programming experience in one of the leading technologies (MS Tech, Open Source, Java, Frontend & Mobile)
