Role: Junior Process Engineer
Responsibilities:
Perform process and project audits using appropriate checklists
Guide Project Teams on processes, guidelines, templates etc.
Collecting, Consolidating and Reporting on Quality Metrics
Help teams in identifying corrective and preventive actions
Process facilitation and guidance to the practitioners
Identify the gaps and scope of improvement. Accordingly document the processes
Ensuring process compliance across projects and department functions
Close liaison with all team members for ensuring effective process management for each Project.
Actively participate in the external audit support activities and other SQA activities
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with QMS
Competency:
- Excellent active listening and written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge of SDLC both Agile and Waterfall
- Critical Thinking, Planning and Organizing, Reviewing and Evaluating and Collaborative approach
- Excellent Process Knowledge of ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 27001 (ISMS), S/W Development Frameworks, and different Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum
- Should have participated in ISO 9K and ISO27K audits
- Good Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills and Planning knowledge coupled with a learning attitude.
- Demonstrable experience in producing/completing SQA tasks in very aggressive timescales
- Able to work as part of a team
- A strong ethos of process adherence and the ability to instil in others
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of work experience in an internal audit environment.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills
Qualification : BCA / MCA,B.E./B.Tech - IT/CS
