5.MakethebudgetforplannedactionsandSettingSalesTargetsforindividualteammembers.

6.Conducttheperiodicreviewmeetingswiththeteamandidentifythehurdlesandproblemareas.

7.Monitoringyourteam'sperformanceandmotivatingthemtoreachtargets.

8.Identifythecompetitioninbusinessandmarketshare.

9.Compilingandanalyzingsalesfigures.

10.Makingthedistributorspolicyandperiodicreviewofdistributors.

11.Periodicanalysisofcustomersatisfactionlevelusingtoolsandidentifytheareaofimprovements.

12.Keyaccountmanagementforcertainimportantcustomers.

13.Identifytheteamspiritandskillandmaketheteamimprovementplans.

14.Recruitment&training(technical,commercial&internationalbusiness).

15.Monitoringonoutstandingpayments,foreignregulationcompliance.

16.Monitorandhelpprovideresolutionforthequalityandlogisticsissuesfacedbycustomer.

17.Conducttheperiodicauditsandreviewmeetingforimprovements.
