Job Summary

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience within US Staffing & Recruiting.
  • Past experience of mentoring, coaching and training recruiters.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and research the Client job requisitions.
  • Utilize best sourcing techniques to develop and shortlist candidate pool.
  • Conduct Phone Screens to qualify the candidates & assess their skills.
  • Coordinate Interview Set-ups.
  • Build and maintain rapport with candidates.
  • Develop creative strategies to ensure quality and minimal no-shows from hires.
  • Achieve daily performance matrix to prevent resume submittal backlogs
  • Guide and help Recruitment team members for team success
  • Utilize ATS to maintain and track all the recruiting activities.

Qualifications

  • Looking for a Resilient Individual with a Go-Getter Attitude.
  • Bachelors degree or a combination of relevant work experience and education required.
  • Must have a proven track record of successfully achieving high volume recruitment goals.
  • Demonstrate ability to follow process while being able to come up with creative recruiting tactics.
  • Expert knowledge of souring techniques on JB, Social media, networking sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be a Team player and individual contributor.
  • Knowledge and experience with one or more ATS tools will be a plus.
