Job Title: Pharmaceutical Recruiter/Life Science Recruiter
Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
No. of positions: 05
Work Hours: 06:30PM to 04AM IST

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Client Account Managers in servicing enterprise client requirements by sourcing, qualifying, screening and formatting the application package of suitable candidates.
• This role requires focusing on speed and quality as most reqs would be assigned directly from the VMS.
• This role requires ability to research and network, developing strategies to find suitable talent using active and passive tools.
• Finding talent through social professional media, resume databases, referrals and networking, broader talent research and bespoke advertising campaigns.

Required Skills:

• 12-36 months of Pharmaceutical/Life Science Recruitment experience, preferably in US market.
• Experience serving roles within Clinical Trials, Regulatory Affairs, Phlebotomy and Lab Tech.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Technology or Computer Science, preferred.
• Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills required.
