Branch Manager Job in Rinac
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities::
Team Leadership and Management:
- Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages productivity and teamwork.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the branch s market.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional activities.
- Establish connects and nurture business relationships with business influencers.
Customer Service:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the branch.
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures.
- Monitor branch activities to achieve financial objectives and targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Electrical.
- Minimum 10 years experience in sales & business development role in cold chain industry.
- Good knowledge of cold chain solutions viz cold rooms/ freezers / blast chillers & freezer / cold warehouses etc.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
