? The overarching goal of Business Analysis role is to promote the design and build of quality services to enable business processes.
? The analytical/decision making responsibilities of the Business Analysis role is to:
o Act as a partner and thought leader to the business by providing input to current and future process improvement and technology needs.
o Lead though influence to get work done across programs, business units and company wide initiatives.
o Establish collaborative working relations with stakeholders, including identifying business process owners and SME?s as needed.
o Risk communications to business and internal team.
