Job Summary
We are looking for energetic candidates to join our branch banking team. The role would be responsible for business acquisition of corporate salary accounts for a designated segment.
JOB ROLE- Area Mapping in the catchment and maintaining of Daily activity/Sales report
- Preparing Wish list of customers through promotion activities
- Meeting and completing account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms
- Engaging customer with multiple products at the time of account Opening( viz: Mobile banking/Net banking registration /RD- FD activation)
- Ensuring account activation & 3 month funding for incentive gating
- Generating Leads for family accounts and other cross sell products
- Resolving customer queries/issues
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong Product knowledge
Pleasing Personality
Education
Post-graduate (MBA Preferred)
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
Experience Required :
0 to 4 Years
