Person Specifications:
- Good communication and influencing skills.
- Fluency in english and hindi language is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge in waste water management.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- 5-10 Years of marketing experience in waste water management.
- MBA in marketing will be an added advantage.
Job specifications:
- Formulating and implementing strategic plan to achieve the growth objectives of the bioremediation.
- Developing the waste water microbial division to ensure optimal revenues and expand the products to new territories.
- Executing market research to identify high potential markets and building relationship with key customers for repeat orders.
- Developing and expanding the sales and distribution network by negotiating with customers to get the effective pricing.
- Analyze the market trends and help in introduce innovative products.
- Mentoring and developing the team and monitoring their performance.
- Present key operations report to Executive director on periodical basis.
- Graduate in Environmental, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Biotech, Chemical, Green technology stream or specialization in wastewater treatment.
- Passionate about the environment and committed to impact industries.
- Excellent knowledge of STP/ETP systems.
