1. Sourcing from Job Portals for the open positions from clients.
2. Conducting Interviews to understand the suitability of the candidates.
3. Preparing MIS and follow up with the candidates for the entire process till the joining of candidates.
4. Salary negotiations with the candidates
5. Carrying out background and reference checks of shortlisted candidates.
6. End to end recruitment process.
Skills Required :
Good communication skills; interpersonal skills.
Experience- 0-5 years.
Qualification : Any graduate
