Job Summary
We are looking for IT Recruiter in Coimbatore. Immediate joiners are preferable.
Job Description:
- Min. 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
- Coordinating with the clients to get the requirements and following up with them for the feedback of the processed profiles.
- Excellent in sourcing profiles from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.,) Social Networking sites (LinkedIn, HR groups, Facebook, etc.), and references.
- Job Postings on the Job Portals.
- Achieving Daily Submittal Targets and maintaining a good submittal ratio between Interviews/Placement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be an aggressive and quick learner.

Minimum qualification requirement
Required - Good command over English
