Job Summary Position OverviewReplicon Inc is currently looking for a looking for an (Senior or Experienced) Business Analyst for its Marketing Operations function. Reporting directly to the Business Analyst Manager, this individual will be responsible to support the Marketing leaders in reporting and analysis and build operational excellence in its Marketing operations function.Responsibilities
  • Create regular and adhoc reports for global Marketing leaders.
  • Analyze data for patterns that indicate problems that need to be addressed or opportunities to investigate. Identify root causes and work with marketing leaders to address the issues or opportunities.
  • Creating new reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com and manage the existing reports and dashboards
  • Work closely with IT/Business Applications to estimate and justify new efforts, define business requirements, and ensure effective business user acceptance testing.
  • Work closely with internal customers to understand current and future business needs. Also identify and analyze any needs and trends requiring special attention.
  • Exhibit the ability to take initiative, work with minimal daily direction, and prioritize time effectively to deliver in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Graduation is a must, MBA is an added advantage
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to provide data-backed analysis and work with large data sets
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Excel and proficient in other MS Office tools for managing and presenting data
  • Knowledge/Experience in working on an ERP environment and Salesforce.com will be a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, multi_x0090_task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines
Work Timings: Fixed - 6.00 PM to 3.00 AM
