Role & Responsibilities: Vehicle coordination for timely delivery and pickup Vehicle movement monitoring Customers calling for scheduling orders delivery, pickup Daily Route Planning Urgent Pickup Scheduling & Monitoring Vehicle Cost Control Customer Escalation Mail Follow-up & Resolution Vehicle Arrangement & Management Support Staff Training & development In-transit damage Control Coordination with warehouse team for inward and outward errors Alternative order planning in case of in transit cancellation Job Requirement Skills Required Good communication in English, Kannada (Mandatory) & Hindi Problem-solving ability Flexibility in working for different shifts Ability to Coordinate with 3rd party business partners and handle drivers and Customer calls to ensure a smooth process of tasks completion Excellent process knowledge/tools Proficient in data entry Comfortable in doing Outbound calls Decision making ability Good coordination with internal teams to prioritise user request
