Job Summary

Job Description Responsibilities and Ownership: (Things that the role cannot miss) Training Content Development: Develop comprehensive training modules in functional and behavioral domains tailored to the specific needs of warehouse and delivery helpers. Create engaging and interactive training materials, presentations, and practical exercises to facilitate effective learning. Conducting Training Sessions: Deliver training sessions on-site at Rentomojo's warehouses and operational locations across the mentioned cities. Provide hands-on training in areas such as logistics, inventory management, product handling, customer service, and communication skills. Performance Improvement: Identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the support staff. Collaborate with Rentomojo's L&D, HR, and Operations teams to design targeted training interventions for performance enhancement. Compliance and Safety Training: Ensure that support staff is trained on safety protocols, and compliance with company policies, and legal requirements. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and assessment results. Prepare training reports and submit them to the management as required. Training Schedule and Frequency: Training schedule and frequency for each city may differ considering factors such as city traction and participants availability. We aim to ensure maximum participation and minimize disruption to our daily operations. (It could be twice in a week or once in 2 weeks based on the city traction, coverage may differ to 10 to 25 participants in different cities) We are also open to different solutions. Job Requirement PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a Freelance Trainer or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce, logistics, or retail industry. Expertise in designing and delivering functional and behavioral training programs. Familiarity with warehouse and delivery operations and challenges faced by support staff in the mentioned locations. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and skill levels. A passion for contributing to the professional growth and development of support staff. Local trainers from mentioned cities are preferred.
