Relationship Manager (assets) Job in Renous

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquiring and maintaining relationships with large corporates and MNCs for working capital and LCBD business by regular follow-up/meetings with target clients.
• Deep understanding of Asset/Credit Products like Cash Credit, Term Loans, Overdraft, Bank Guarantee, Buyers Credit, LCBD, Packing Credit-etc.
• Deep understanding of Balance sheet analysis and financial ratios and their implications.
• To meet the revenue and asset targets as assigned by the management.
• Coordination with credit and other departments in the bank to ensure timely approval and disbursement of credit limits.
• To support the credit team in executing necessary pre/post-sanction documentation and comply with the approved product terms & conditions and ensure compliance with internal, regulatory policies and procedures.
• Responsible for client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship
• Responsible for achieving the target
• Engaging with customers, enriches the relationships and garners a higher wallet share of the client.
• Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements and risk profiling
• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
• Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges, etc.

• 8+ relevant banking experience,

• Ability to engage very large clients
• Deal closure ability
• Having a pleasing personality and effective communication skills
• Proven people, business, and client relationship handling skills
• Proactively to the customer and ensure the best services are provided to them.
• Education: Post Graduate / Graduate, preferably in Finance or Marketing
