Job Summary

Job Title: MIS & Accounting Executive

Job Location: Gurgaon

Job Type: Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

Publishing dashboards at regular intervals as per business requirements.
Should be able to large datasets of purchases, payment gateway, vendors, sales, etc.
Coordinating with several teams and providing closure to data inaccuracies and publish correct numbers.
Performing calculations and statistical analysis on margins, revenue, Inventory, indirect and direct Spend
Expertise and experience in Tally must and start-up experience is preferred
Having experience in month-end closing.
Accounting for collection entries, clearing of Debtors balances, preparing Receivables report, revenue booking and properly reconciling the same with the MIS and CMS.
Preparing MIS reports & Dash Boards for decision making.
Prepare daily/weekly reports & share that with respective authorities
Handling large data and responsible for the creation of dashboards.
Creating Macros for daily repetition of work.
Design, develop and support various daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Extraction and mining of raw data from the source. Database crunching and converting them to useful information.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.

Job Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce or have an understanding of all the finance functions
Knowledge of advanced MS Excel/Ms Access.
Expert in Tally and have experience of creating uploaders and accordingly use the same.
Should have excellent presentation skills
3-5 years of relevant experience in handling huge datasets and reports
Prior experience of working in an operations heavy business and Startup is preferred
Good business acumen, problem-solving ability.
A person who takes responsibility in delivering his task as per timelines.
Skills to manage the workstream across segments and to operate in a matrix organization.
SQL knowledge for extracting data through Tableau, Power BI and other data servers will be an added advantage
