Job Summary

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Job Responsibilities:

Act as an intermediary between the client & data/technical team to ensure smooth product implementation
Interview business users to elicit and gather data & business requirements
Think through all the various scenarios/needs identified and highlight unaddressed scenarios or needs
Challenge the current business process where it is suboptimal and propose an enhanced process
Document business requirements and translate business terms into functional specifications and technical requirements for the understanding of the data/ technical team
Document testing scenarios and capture test cases to be used during user acceptance testing
Follow the requirement review process with business users and get sign-off on business requirements and functional specifications
Coordinate with data/ technical teams to ensure proper data is mapped and integrated
Conduct analysis of data, create rules for derived data sets and aggregates as needed
Configure business rules and workflows to meet the business requirements and functional specifications
Coordinate between the business users, development, and support team on development, testing, and release
Develop reports and presentations for change requests, development proposals, business cases, and other control

Job Requirements:

8-13 years of relevant experience as a Lead Business Analyst
Involved in at least one complete project lifecycle as a developer/architect in Enterprise core banking solutions (or CBS) like Finacle, Flex cube, Bancs, etc.
Deep understanding of the architecture and underlying data structures
Experience in DWBI/ETL project implementation
Hand on experience in Risk and Compliance solution development and implementation at a Bank
Good communication skills oral and written
