Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial statements & reports and making recommendations to Top Management and the Investors concerning financial performance.
• He/She will be responsible for the efficient functioning of the Finance Department
• Will be responsible for the financial planning, AOP, planning & implementing investment strategies
• Analyze and manage the organization s liabilities and investments
• Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable
• Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, financial advisors, financial consultants and treasurers
• Plan and perform risk management duties
• Ensuring all taxes and legal duties are adhered too
• Managing the internal and external audit
• Liaison with banks, management, vendors, investors and other stakeholders
• Should be able to support company agenda of Going-Public

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience
• Educational Qualification: CA
• Good Communication- Verbal & Written
• Experience in leading a team
• Team Building and Management
