Job Purpose-Civil Engineer-Civil
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Ensure civil work as per approved drawings.
2. Ensure civil work as per approved schedule.
3. Supervising civil foundation work for buildings with approved drawings and quality standards.
4. Supervising & Checking of land levelling given respected area.
5. Supervising & checking Marking Works given respected area.
6. Supervising & Checking Auguring Works given respected area.
7. Supervising & checking Stub/structure column post Alignment works given respected area.
8. Supervising & Checking Pile concreting works given respected area.
9. Supervising & checking batching report, mix design proportions, calibration reports, operator documents, area lighting, quality of concrete, finishing of concrete and required test conducted on site like slump test & Cube test etc.
10. Cross check the schedule submitted by contractors.
11. Checking and maintain the all check lists, pour cards and test reports as per required.
12. Verify the all material test certificates as per specifications.
13. Verify all material as per approve specifications/drawing.
14. Always cross check following activities are as per the latest revision drawings.
15. Attend all trainings and meetings which is desire by higher management.
16. Maintain DPR and DLR reports. Daily Cross check with our time line of targets.
17. Maintain collaboration with all site team.
18. Coordinate with Quality and Safety Officers at all jobs.
19. Supervising Tower construction civil work.
20. Supervising Plant MCS work and testing.
21. Indent / requirement raise to store team for all supplying material. Do reconciliation for same.
22. Supervising & construction of Road work.
23. Supervising sub-station construction work.
24. Supervising & Construction of drain & culverts work.
25. Supervising & Construction of Boundary, Main gate & street light work.
26. Maintain material stock report. And prepare the material requirement for all kind of works.
27. Maintain the reconciliation for all materials.
28. Motivate all workers to maintain the quality, safety and time line of works.
29. Supporting & construction of other team activities as per desire by management
30. Not encourage local issues and misbehavior against policy of company.
31. Actively member of HOTO team and support commissioned project in the given timeline.
32. Adherence to Organizational Safety Policy.
33. If any enquires, droughts, progress & requirements shall be report to represent in charge.
34. Participate on IMS implementation, records, Audit preparation.
35. Supervising workers at site level for quality work execution as per the project schedule.
36. Inspection, testing as well as approved FQPs covering end to end from Raw materials (Metal, Sand, cement etc. to Finish structure).
37. To plan and report to the site I/C , Civil lead
Deliverables
1. Adherence to the work schedule and ensuring the progress daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly till completion.
2. Completion of allotted works in line with engineering drawings and quality within project schedule commissioning date.
3. Learning of the skills from reporting manager, try to growth for next level of responsibilities for future requirements.
4. Ensuring Zero Rework and Zero accident at respected area.
5. Ensuring to complete HOTO activities within stipulated period by the assigned contractors at respected area.
6. Should able to record, verify the RA bills inline with the work and contractual scope.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
1. Education: 3 years Diploma Engg / B.E / B-tech Civil Engineering.
2. Experience: 4-7 yrs will be considered for Engineer and 7-10 yrs for Sr civil engineer
3. Execution of work as per the Design/Drawing and FQP within project time lines
4. Ensure quality execution as per the design standard.
5. Preparation work progress, MIS reports & Updating respective authority about progress of allotted works
6. Execute a work higher management to meet the needs of the project in Time execution of the scheduled activity.
