Job Summary
Roles & responsibilities1. Term sheets and O&M contract execution with various OEMs for Wind assets operations and maintenance.2. O&M contracts execution including SECI- I, II, III, GUVNL bid contracts, etc.3. Formulation and execution of various other business agreements, settlement agreements, technical agreements, spares supply agreements, etc.4. Ensuring Contractual Compliance in terms of performance warranties and other deliverables in relation to the obligation of the service provider.5. Mergers and Acquisitions - Due diligence with respect to contractual adequacy and support to the operations team by highlighting the identified gaps and taking up with senior management.6. Facilitating Asset Management Team in legal related correspondences by collaborating with internal and external counsels.7. Litigation support.
Profile & Eligibility

1. Education: B.E./ B. Tech. MBA would be added advantage

2. Experience: 6-8 years relevant post qualification experience

3. Excellent communication skills

4. High degree of multi-tasking and time management skills

5. Negotiation skills
