Blade Lead - Senior Engineer Job in Renew Power Private Limited

Position Name: Wind Turbine Blade Lead

Job Description:

1) Technical review and RCA of Blade failures across the fleet

2) Co-ordinating repair of rotor blade for maximum designed operating life, efficiency, and generation.

3) Blade inspection at OEM place or at site for new projects

4) Trouble shooting of issues pertaining to Blades

5) Participate in health assurance program of blades to assess the blade health condition

6) Prepare technical documents for blade repairs, storage, inspection etc

7) Identification of new tool for blade balancing, inspection etc.

8) Developing predictive maintenance technique, online condition monitoring system& ensuring reliability of mechanism developed.

9) Arrangement and development of adequate resources like manpower, tools and technique etc.

Designation: Sr. Engineer

Experience:

1) 5+ Years Experience in the wind industry.

2) Experience on different type blade repair, analysis and inspections.

3) Experience in blade quality and production dept.

4) Experience on AutoCAD or any other relevant software will be an added advantage

5) Knowledge about blade drawing and raw materials

Qualification: B.E or equivalent
