1. Preparation of technical specifications/drawing/SOPs/manuals related to Battery systems

2. Selection & Test system of Battery

3. Selection & Design housing for large battery storage system.

4. Ensure quality of incoming material

5. Establish analysis procedures

6. Assist supply chain management system in procurement

7. Educate concerned AM team members

1. Knowledge of various battery technologies, understanding technical advantages and limitations for applications in energy storage

2. Key knowledge in materials science, interface/surface science and electrochemistry relevant to battery materials and failure analysis work

3. Knowledge of battery assembly designs and models for use in predicting power supply performance for long time storage

4. Knowledge of the fundamental principles of electrical energy storage devices, electrochemical energy storage materials and material-property relationships

5. Assemble high voltage battery packs and mange battery test equipment

6. Manage performance, lifecycle and specialty battery testing program

7. Knowledge of high voltage power electronics, HALT and HASAA testing

8. Solid understanding of electrical system, heat transfer and HVAC system

9. Understanding of application of Renewable Energy Hybrid Systems

1. Education:B.E. / M.E. in Chemical

2. Experience:7-14 Years
