Job Description:
1. Proper and efficient utilisation of the available manpower.
2. Machine wise planning with input of MRP and Shortages.
3. Maintaining & sustenance of 5S, Kan-ban standard.
4. Implementing TPM activities in JH pillar as per plan.
5. To enforce the stringent safety practices and maintain good safety records.
6. Monitoring the production process, identifying any defects /deviations & taking corrective actions.
7. Verify cell wise Start-up/set-up report, CILT check shift.
8. Identifying and implementing kaizen on the shop floor.

Education: B. Tech / B. E. (Mechanical), D.M.E.

Experience: 2 to 4 years
