Job Description for Marketing Intern
We are looking for a talented and competitive Marketing Intern. We're looking for an intern who is passionate about PR, social media and brand marketing with experience and/or interest in Enterprise Technology. The Marketing Intern will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable sending well-articulated emails, generating interest and qualifying prospects.

• Passion for storytelling and stickler for grammar
• Fluent in English and exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent copywriting and presentation skills
• Able to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, and enthusiasm, team oriented, strong cross-group collaborator
• Desire to pursue a career in marketing
• Experience using Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook (preferably for business purposes)
• Marketing or communications experience from past internships, clubs, side projects or other activities

Responsibilities

• Write blog posts/ Post on Social networks (Facebook/ LinkedIn/ Twitter/ Instagram) and educate people about Relatas.
• Write and manage content creation including social media posts, web copy, blog posts, ads, messaging, and other communications materials.
• Lead planning and executing day-to-day social calendar and content that strengthens the Relatas brand and reach on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube
• Curate creative and effective messaging for landing pages and marketing collaterals that drive registrants for Webinars.
• Generate leads, referrals and sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Assess competitors by analysing and summarising competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
