1. Can work within the brand s language to elevate global brand campaigns and marketing initiatives through engaging graphics
2. Is capable of cataloging the best practices in design and developing reusable artifacts like templates for future projects and also excels across a variety of styles, iterates quickly, and collaborates seamlessly with marketers, product managers, leaders, other designers, and agency partners.
3. Have 2-3 years of experience in graphic design or relevant experience
4. Well-versed in basic graphic design software/ Adobe Creative Cloud ( Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma), etc
5. The ability to think of innovative ideas with deadlines always looming around the corner
6. Meet set targets
7. Collaborate with the marketing and business team to create cohesive collaterals for print and digital for B2B efforts & B2C clients
8. Have a portfolio of work that showcases your ability to think and execute creatives across media
9. Is willing to think independently and is in LOVE with social media platforms
Must have's:
1. Can multitask with targets and keep a check on the technical aspects of the use of graphics
2. Brainstorm and come up with additional graphic ideas with the internal team
3. Create 3D & 2D graphical animations
4. Regularly collaborate with marketing teams
5. Experiment with the different types of posts for the SM platforms
6. Can work from home for now but also is open to the possibility to start working on-site in the future
7. PPT knowledge and design are a plus!
