Vacancy : Factory Manager for Plastics Moulding Unit in Umbergaon, Gujarat

Job Description / Responsibilities

  • Overall Responsibility of Factory OPERATIONS overseeing following departments: Production & Maintenance, Stores and Despatch, Quality Assurance, HR and Admin
  • Meeting Strategic Goals and Profitability Targets for the Unit
  • Serve as Link between Customers, Head Office Marketing/ Accounting/ Planning Departments, Suppliers AND Plant
  • Build and Motivate Team

    • Desired profile of the candidate

    • Minimum 40 years of age.
    • Minimum Work Experience: 15 Years
    • Worked minimum 5 Years as Production Manager in a Plastics Moulding Unit, and 3 Years as a Factory Manager

    Qualification

    • UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Mechanical, Diploma - Electrical, Mechanical , Plastics, Production/Industrial
    • PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
    • Computer Skills: Must having working knowledge of Excel, Word and Email
    • ISO 9001:2015 Proficiency

    Min. Exp : 15 Years

    Max. Exp : 25 Years
    Experience Required :

    5 to 15 Years
