Job Summary

Reflex is an Industrial Automation and Robotics company. We make Automatic Machines for 'Handling' and 'Packaging'. Our primary focus is on sectors like

  • Edible Oil
  • Paint
  • Dairy
  • FMCG
  • Food & Beverages
  • Pharmaceutical

Our levels of penetration in Edible Oil and Dairy sector is pretty high. In the other sectors, a lot more needs to be done.

Our major tool for market penetration is Digital Media. Being a B2B business, our marketing and customer outreach strategies are NOT mass-mailing .

Our approach is highly customized for a particular sector/ company/ individual.

All our communications are systemic, using ZOHO, which we have fine-tuned over the last 3 years. Our MD, Rajesh Ananthakrishnan has been building and using it personally. This goes to show the importance we give this activity. He now needs a team to help him take it ahead.

The overall objective of the COP (Customer Outreach Program) is to build and nurture relationships with various entities like companies, associations, consultants and professionals. To achieve the same we at Reflex use a mix of emails/ WA messages/ and direct calls.

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - Sales Back Office skill with 2+ years experience
  • Required - Good command over English
