Motor Business Analyst Job in Redian Software

This is a remote position.

• Own end-to-end requirements for Motor LoB.
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, UW, Operations, Tech and other stakeholder partners to understand user needs and pain points.
  
• Understand and Analyse current Business Processes and related tech & product implementation.
  
• Perform GAP and impact analysis as part of holistic solution proposal.
  
• Identify opportunities for Automating manual processes.
  
• Work with different teams around the company to understand their use cases and processes .
  
• Prepare comprehensive business-product requirements specifications.
  
• Engage with Vendors as and when required, for effective development, deployment and maintenance of products and features.
  
• Liaise with designers, developers, QAs to implement the requirements and provide necessary guidance.
  
• Evaluate test cases and actively participate in UAT phase for quality delivery.
  
• Train end users on new features, products to increase change adoption.
