Social Media Manager Job in Red Baton Creative Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd

You are good at:

• Leading productive brainstorming sessions with team members to come up with creative ideas
• Managing and executing campaigns in digital marketing
• Managing social media presence across all mediums and 3 time zones
• Managing and updating database for Hashtags, Groups across platforms, Influencers across platforms
• Community engagement: Follow all clients social accounts, Create a continuous string of engagement and Reply engage to all comments, inquiries
• Able to create visually appealing and contextual multimedia content and execute them in form of campaigns
• Understanding of aesthetic detail of a social media post from images to formatting copy

You will be responsible for (not limited to):

• Social media copy (impeccable english)
• Work with the content and creative teams to develop strategies that'll build relevant awareness
• Conduct research and competitive analysis on client competitors, including digital footprint analysis
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing responsive interaction
• Experience in paid social media campaigns is a plus
• Create Reports: Monthly content engagements, The best content, No.of influencers followed, Social Mentions
• Strategizing, improving and recommendation: Making a monthly calendar, Collaborating with different teams to ensure he has material, Suggesting new ways of improving and updating content

Your experience:

• 1-3 years of experience

Your academic qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing
• Or any other degree/certifications in the related field
