Design Researcher (ux + Research) Job in Red Baton Creative Marketing Solutions Pvt Ltd

You are good at:

• Identifying problem statements
• E2E research - planning, execution, analysis, insights & translation
• Different types of research - usability, ethnography, CI, etc.
• Understanding human psyche & nature
• Presentation & storytelling
• Documentation
• Business Acumen
• User flows, IA
• Heuristic principles

You will be responsible for (not limited to):

• Create hypotheses, set research objectives, and reach unbiased conclusions
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research
• Validate assumptions that will guide the team s designs and process
• Discover patterns and insights through focus groups, interviews, surveys, field studies, card sorting, journey mapping, testing, and more
• E2E research
• Creating & delivering personas, empathy map, experience map, customer journey, task analysis, etc.
• Planning & executing research & strategy
• Collaborating with team members
• User flows, IA, wireframe
• Analysis of existing products & way forward
• Creating navigational concepts

What we will be excited to see in you:

• Prototyping
• Software skills: Figma/ XD/ sketch
• Understand Micro-interactions & animation tool
• Good understanding of UX end to end process

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience

Education:
