Guide and coach employees, monitoring their productivity
Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships and get orders.
Ensures that production plans are completed by a certain time.
Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Contacts appropriate sources for repair issues/and for products used for manufacturing.
Resolves issues and disputes between manufacturing employees.
Maintains a clean and safe environment for all workers.
