Job Summary Job Description

Liaising with agents in person, over the phone or via email to discuss their travel requirements.
Making and confirming bookings with ground suppliers
Issuing relevant documents time wise itinerary, meal charts & vouchers
Modifying existing bookings to suit a change in clients circumstances.
Researching destinations and keeping up to date with travel industry news.
Work directly with suppliers across Europe including: hotels, coach operators, guides , restaurants and sightseeing attractions
Roles and responsibilities:
Respond to all urgent incidents reported by field staff, partners or operation officers
Update tour costing and ensure trips are running to budget and profitability
Report to direct manager and ensure incoming reports from field staff and partners are picked up and acted upon.
Apply and manage cost control, quality levels and facilitate solutions
Ensure all guides, tourleaders and customers receive up to date tour information / documents.

Experience Required :

1 to 2 Year
