Salesforce Tester Job in Recex

Key Responsibilities: 1. Test Case Development and Execution: Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like test data, data validation, harness scripts, and automated scripts. Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases, and reporttest results. 2. Salesforce Testing: Conduct exhaustive testing on both Classic and Lightning versions of Salesforce for customization, configuration, and functional features. Identify, document, and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. 3. Automation Framework: Utilize and enhance existing automation frameworks forrobust testing. Experience with Selenium WebDriver for automating browser testing. 4. API Testing: Proficiency with REST Assured and Postman for API testing, ensuring seamless integration and interaction between different systems. 5. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate closely with the development team, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure accurate testing. Report and document technical issues, propose solutions to enhance overall system efficiency, and understanding of JIRA for effective project management. 6. Performance and Scalability Testing: Ensure the performance, reliability,scalability, and ease of maintenance of the Salesforce applications. 7. ContinuousImprovement: Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies, including emerging Salesforce testing frameworks and tools,to improve testing efficiency and reliability. Understanding of the defect life cycle and process workflows to contribute to process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferable. 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce testing with both Classic and Lightning versions. Proficiency in manual testing and test automation toolslike Selenium, JIRA, and QTest. Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, applications, and features. Excellent problem-solving, analyticalskills, and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Salesforce Platform Developer is a plus.
