Job Description: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and expertise in spring making, tools & dies, hydraulic presses, and general machinery automation. 1. Assist in the design and development of solutions for spring making, including the design of spring manufacturing machinery and processes. 2. Support the creation of detailed drawings, specifications, and blueprints for tools and dies used in spring manufacturing. 3. Collaborate with the team to assemble and maintain hydraulic presses and associated systems. 4. Contribute to the analysis and optimization of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency. 5. Assist in the implementation of automation solutions for general machinery, including the integration of robotics, sensors, and control systems. 6. Provide technical support and assist in troubleshooting manufacturing processes and equipment related to spring making, tools & dies, hydraulic presses, and machinery automation. 7. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering, particularly in spring making, tools & dies, hydraulic presses, and general machinery automation. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2. 3-4 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on spring making, tools & dies, hydraulic presses, and general machinery automation. 3. Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed designs and drawings. 4. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and standards related to spring making, tools & dies, hydraulic presses, and machinery automation. 5. Familiarity with automation technologies, such as robotics, sensors, and control systems. 6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot mechanical systems and processes.
