Job Summary
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Reporting: Reporting to The Functional Head

    Principle Accountability:

    • Executing Primary Sale of Residential Real Estate, to meet target
    • Sales through active pitching with Inverters, Channel Partners, HNIs, NRIs, Large Corporate
    • Houses and achieving targets through profitable, right client & right business terms
    • Evaluating business, making proposals, doing direct negotiations on commercial agreements with channel partners
    • Responsible for P&L & achievement of EBIDTA targets
    • Build maintain strong relationship with the key stakeholders, clients, channel partners
    • Managing PR Events, participating in Summits & Conferences, networking with Top Professional Bodies relating to Real Estate
