Reporting: Direct Reporting to Senior Functional Resource
Principle Accountability:
- REs/Surveyors collect market information regarding Commercial Real Estate.
- Gather data on newly available & existing properties, transactions, tenants, Property Managers in the market & new development.
- Coordinate between Transaction Managers & Representatives of Properties.
- Gather market intelligence.

Essential Requirement for fitment
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, correct data regarding contact details of Property Manager, LandLord, specifications for building, unit, lease status, cost of parking space, common area maintenance etc
- Ability to handle information at the given platform on a regular basis.
