Handle Complaints and manage tickets raised by customers

Handle the Chat Support to customers.

Handle Phone Support to customers.

A Chartered Accountant

Speaking English and Hindi

Extremely Good Communication and writing skills.

Understanding of Internet and ability to use web-tools.

Preferably with experience of working in a BPO/ Support earlier.

Salary : 4 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs / Annum.
