Position Responsibilities

Sr. KeyResponsibilities (Please mention allthe responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)

1 Drive branches for TASC account number and value target achievement.

2 Drive segmental approach in TASC i.e. get accounts from all TASCsegments like Schools / Hospitals / Clubs / Coop banks / PF, Pension trusts.Liaison with CH / ZH to drive TASC business at cluster and zonal level. Help branchesby providing them digital / CMS solutions for their clients to increasestickiness.

3 Help the CH / Zonal heads by garnering some large TASC deals /providing leads for large deals. Ensure being business co-owner branchesdeliver total book targets for TASC business. Maintain highest level ofintegrity and ensure ethical business practices by branches.

B.Qualifications and Experience Requirement

QualificationsEssential Graduate / MBA

Experience Essential:Ability to drive Brach teams as channel specialist / Knowledge of TASC products/ Know how of TASC clients locally / Ability to deliver High Value TASC / SIG accounts.
