You will: Master technical product functionality to provide expert consulting services in the areas of workflow analysis, training, build, testing, go-live support, and post go-live optimization Lead and/or Phreesia implementation projects and maintain complete understanding of contract deliverables and appropriate project scope, while serving as the primary point of contact for the client Demonstrate necessary technical skills and the ability to understand and communicate details of client s configuration, admin pages set up, integration, client workflow and other details of integrated product capabilities Communicate effectively with current and prospective clients to understand the value Phreesia can bring to their organization, while conveying the ideal patient and staff experiences Pre and post go live, closely collaborate with Phreesia teams, including Sales, Product Management, Interfaces, Client Success and Deployment, to ensure we are meeting client commitments and providing the appropriate solution Track project using a predefined project plan to deliver on time and utilize CRM platform documenting playbook tasks and upsell opportunities Grow revenue by identifying clients that have the opportunity for add on/upsell products, demonstrate those products, then implement them Handle client escalations and appropriately escalate to senior resources Proactively identify project risks and collaborate with team on mitigation steps You have: Bachelor s Degree required 4+ years experience in project management, implementation, and/or configuration with international clients preferred (United States preferred) SaaS or Healthcare Technology experience preferred Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player Ability to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to work with customers to understand their needs and develop custom solutions Ability to lead and/or support multiple, complex implementation projects at once Superior leadership, influence, interpersonal communication, presentation, meeting facilitation, and telephone skills Skilled at anticipating and solving problems
