Job Summary

To Maintain Housekeeping and to ensure that all the workers are using the safety equipment given to him
Provide safety items to workers from store
Frequently check safety apparatus like eye wash bath & Shower
Work distribution, control manpower, distribute proper manpower for proper machine to get output with quality
Explain workers regarding the work to be done by them
To support superior to achieve target and new development
Refer lab report and maintain bath parameter by addition of chemicals
Preparation of new bath, bath temperature as per the process
Process control as per bath parameter size of tubes, as regular interval
ISO register to be maintained as per process at the end of every shift
Maintain EHS & QMS related all documents
Fill up log book for better communication
General data of chemical & gas consumption give to ETP & store in charge monthly basic
At the end of shift handover the charge to reliever
Give feedback report from QC & Bright related to pickling if any problem observed take corrective actions
Fill up SAP reporting as per daily working

Qualification :
BSc. (Chemistry)

Experience Required :

1 to 2 Year
