Job Summary

Carried out the breakdown maintenance activity with team and prepared respective report and submit to the respective superiors
Ensure the OH&S is maintained effectively in their area of control during his working hours
Routine inspection of lifting tools & tackles for safe working and monitor for effective implementation of OCP
Ensure the proper housekeeping at machine and surrounding area
Provide the awareness related to health, safety & environment to their all subordinates as and when required
Intimation of any kind of incidence at Main Gate and arrange for first - aid treatment
Reporting for any unsafe or potential hazardous situation to higher authority
Monitor PPE compliance level for all employees working in the department
Follow-up the instructions given by shift in-charge
Record any near miss observed within dept. and inform to higher authority for taking further actions
Ensure the valid inspection status of applicable lifting tools and tackles and fire extinguishers

Qualification :
B.E. (Mechanical)/ Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
