Job Summary

Responsibilities include accountability for complete plant hydraulics maintenance including design, development, testing and fault trouble-shooting, hydraulic component verification, documentation management for internal inventory, project planning and management report,vendor/contractor management for hydraulic system installation, modification, troubleshooting and start-up, Equipment Procurement
This position requires a strong working knowledge of oil and water hydraulic system management
This position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, effective organizational skills and the ability to successfully execute multiple maintenance responsibilities
Candidates need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proper guidance and training for updated hydraulic technology to department. Provide sufficient resources to them
Set the working criteria as per ISO 9001-2008, EHS 14001 and OHS 18001.
Maintain and modify hydraulic equipment/system for lowest energy Conservation, manpower utilization and repetitive breakdown
Design, Run, test and upgrade system/process
Develop best practice, routine and innovative solution to improve the system
Provide proper maintenance and preventive documentation and operating Instruction

Qualification :
B.E. (Mechanical)/ Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience Required :

5 to 7 Years
