Job Summary
Job Description:
- Responsible for overall Operational Efficiency of the Store.
- Ensure stock availability on the floor including proper Product handling.
- Managing and Improving the Customer satisfaction.
- Improve the Customer Service by tracking and resolving Customer grievances.
- Improve Team members operational efficiency through Training and coaching.
- Managing, Motivating and Mentoring the Team.
- Control of Shrinkage.
- Ensure to update the all relevant documents and registers.
- To follow the defined SOPs.
Experience Required :
8 to 10 Years
