Job Summary
- Architecture specialist in Siebel for overall CRM solution design including integration with other CRM surround systems such as Billing, Online, DWH/ BI etc.
- Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle of Siebel CRM Implementation.
- Manage & review the completeness of the Siebel solution architecture .
- Identifying Options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
- Performing end-to-end Requirement analysis and data analysis to identify gaps across the source system, interfaces and target systems.
- Strong knowledge in Siebel Architecture and Data Model and proficient with Siebel Tools and Client configuration and customization of all Siebel Objects.
- Extensive experience in Siebel EAI, Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Policies and Business Services.
- Experience in Siebel Open UI Customization.
- Assists, advises and executes design, development, and deployment of digital architecture practices and standards.
- Supports with providing strategic input and planning for large infrastructure initiatives/projects across the product s lifecycle.
- Uses best practice knowledge to ensure the holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies and cross-domain integrations (APIs)
