Job Summary

Architecture specialist in Siebel for overall CRM solution design including integration with other CRM surround systems such as Billing, Online, DWH/ BI etc.
Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle of Siebel CRM Implementation.
Manage & review the completeness of the Siebel solution architecture .
Identifying Options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
Performing end-to-end Requirement analysis and data analysis to identify gaps across the source system, interfaces and target systems.
Strong knowledge in Siebel Architecture and Data Model and proficient with Siebel Tools and Client configuration and customization of all Siebel Objects.
Extensive experience in Siebel EAI, Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Policies and Business Services.
Experience in Siebel Open UI Customization.
Assists, advises and executes design, development, and deployment of digital architecture practices and standards.
Supports with providing strategic input and planning for large infrastructure initiatives/projects across the product s lifecycle.
Uses best practice knowledge to ensure the holistic solution design of future capabilities and features, including external dependencies and cross-domain integrations (APIs)
