Job Description :

Core Skills: PowerBI & ADF

Must have:

Experience working with Power BI, developing custom BI reporting.

Proven experience in MS Azure data services Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data bricks, SQL DW

Working experience of Data Quality and ETL principles

Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization

Experience of drill-down and visualize data in the best possible way through charts/reports/dashboards

Experience in creating data-rich dashboards, writing DAX expressions, and implementing row-level security in Power BI.

Knowledge of Database: Azure SQL databases, Snowflake database

Strong communication and client management skills

Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment

Nice to have:

knowledge and experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stacks such as Power Pivot, SSRS

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understand business requirement and actively provide inputs from Data perspective

Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish

Understand the underlying data and flow of data

Build simple to complex pipelines & dataflows

Work with other Azure stack modules like Azure Data Lakes, SQL DW, etc.

Defines, designs, develops and test software components/applications using Microsoft Azure

Should be able to implement modules that has security and authorization frameworks

Recognize and adapt to the changes in processes as the project evolves in size and function

Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models

Presenting information through reports and visualization.

Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those

Analyzing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making

Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations

Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics

Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
