Oracle HCM

"Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Oracle Time and Labor Cloud, BIP Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fellfields, Configurations, Fast Formulas.

Core skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications.

1. Strong Knowledge and Experience on Oracle Cloud HCM modules of Oracle Time and Labor Cloud.

2. Hands-on experience in working with BI Publisher custom templates & OTBI Reports development with sound knowledge of relevant Subject Areas and Data Models.

3. Knowledge on HCM extracts, Extracts, Fusion Flexfields customization.

4. Strong expertise in SQL specially on OTL Reports.

5. Hands-on experience in personalization & customizations in a Sandbox environment.

6. Analyze requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.

7. Effective communication and drive the project deliverables for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects"
